The guy who shot Fort Hood was the psychologist there and was constantly told of horror stories of what went on over there. When he was told that he was being sent over he lost his mind. It can happen anywhere and if the wars continue to go on and more soldiers get sent over I can see more situations like this happening. It is really unfortunate and it is very scary but with a shaky economy and a war without an end, people are on edge more than they have been before.
