Moreover with the paid advertisment/publicity has led to give an impression among the People that the census is in the interest of Gov in my opionin rather THAN IT IS IN THE INTEREST OF THE PEOPLE.
UNLESS THIS MESSAGE IS SPREADED AS PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUCEMENT THAT FOR COMPLETE COUNT FOR THE INTEREST OF PEOPLE, ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF POPULATION IS NECESSARY .
In order to have the message sent accross , active participation from industry,media communities ,schools,local cities etc in terms of PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT IS NEEDED.For schools/cities necessary budgetary provisions may be necessary as I feel.
HOPEFULLY IT MAY ALSO BE CONSIDERED AS ALTERNATIVE WAY FOR FUTURE CENSUS .
It may be stated that issues are so complex , subject need to be studied on merit accordingly.
