Thanks for your posting. One other thing is the fact that individual American states have their own personal laws that affect people, which makes it very, very hard for the our elected representatives to come up with a new set of recommendations concerning property foreclosures on homeowners. The problem is that every state offers own legislation which may have impact in an adverse manner on the subject of foreclosure procedures.
