Snoring ear plugs tend to be unpleasant, badly fitting and ineffective. Making them individually fitted to your ear canals results in increased effectiveness in addition to your sleeping earplugs tending to last longer as they are produced from more resilient materials. There are many forms of molded earplugs available; you might visit an audiologist who'll form your ears for you which can be a lengthy, multistage and costly process. The earplugs tend to be made from silicone which is resilient but can only be molded once and have to be replaced instead of remoulded if the fit is not too good. One other option is to form your earplugs in the home using a DIY kit. Moulded earplugs are more worthwhile if you use earplugs on an everyday basis for work, surfing, swimming or sleeping. Standard earplugs often can bring about uncomfortable ears because they apply pressure inside the ear, which can be unpleasant.
