bake your crust today, (remember to prick with a fork to prevent bubbles in it) and cook the filling and meringue tomorrow when you put them together. then all you have to do is put the pie in the oven to brown the meringue.. remember to beat the egg whites in a metal bowl (which has no grease on it) and use fresh eggs. add sugar AFTER beating the whites.. i’m sure you know all this, but just in case…
