The recipe i have is basically pastry, then the lemon filling has lemon, cornflour, water, butter, caster sugar and egg yolks. The meringue topping is egg whites and caster sugar. I need to change some things and I’ve had one idea which is to add lemon juice or zest to the pastry to add more flavour, but what else could i adapt?.
