It is a simple math problem to explain ID and UT. Few low taxpayer mormon adults having tons of kids/spirit babies= low educational funds per kid…but hey, they can learn to read once they get to heaven.

I really don’t know how to answer this because I hated art in school! I think it was the teacher and the projects she made us do. Also, art is useless if you can’t use your hands. You have to tell someone what you want done. If you have a computer, which we didn’t, I think art can be made more enjoyable for people with disabilities.
There is an export liscence needed for such a disaster? They need food they need tools why make it hard to give it to them.
RA-G: Yes, that sounds right. I don’t think I thought it through all the way, which is why I left it as a question. I didn’t feel like I had reached a conclusion I could comfortably assert, and your comment probably explains why not.
The same problem happened in Chili, Santiago and Valparaiso. I think we will have more in a short future if we still facing the global warming problem.

There are a handful of intriguing points at some point in this posting but I don’t determine if I see these center to heart.
