It may not be called lemon chicken, but I know it has lots of lemon in it. . . I went to Greece awhile ago and had the most moist lemon chicken ever, but I’ve never had it, or been able to make it the same since. If no one knows the recipe but knows another version that’s very moist, please tell me. This one version has a very very strong lemon flavor and keeps the skin on the chicken. Marinated?.
