I believe that avoiding ready-made foods will be the first step to lose weight. They can taste excellent, but refined foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more just to have enough energy to get with the day. If you’re constantly taking in these foods, converting to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to have more vitality while feeding on less. Good blog post.

What you said made a lot of sense. But, think about this, what if you added a little content? I mean, I dont want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something to maybe get peoples attention? Just like a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what youve got to say. In my opinion, it would make your blog come to life a little bit.
